You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to make the return, and all products must be in new, unused, unwashed condition.
Shipping costs may be refunded if the product is defective, wrongly described, or the incorrect item was shipped.
Shipping costs for items coming from outside the continential US will be deducted from the total refund.
